Application of Travel Bus Rental Services

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era has driven significant transformation in the transportation sector, including bus rental services. One of the main issues faced is the manual booking process, which causes inefficiency, service delays, and difficulties in managing customer data. This study aims to design and implement a web-based bus rental application as an effective digital solution. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that the application facilitates online and real-time booking, payment, and reporting processes. Customers can independently make reservations, choose travel packages, and receive transaction receipts and payment status information. Meanwhile, administrators gain convenience in managing bookings, monitoring transactions, and generating automated reports. Thus, the application contributes to improving operational efficiency and supports the digital transformation of transportation services in Indonesia.
