Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an e-ticket application that is integrated with tourism transportation modes in Yogyakarta, such as Trans Jogja and DAMRI KSPN (Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional) transportation. The method used in developing this application is iterative incremental, which is a gradual method that allows system improvements based on feedback from each iteration. The application is designed to be web-based, equipped with ticket booking features, transportation route data integration, digital payments, and QR code-based e-boarding. The development stages include planning, interface design, coding, system testing, evaluation, and initial implementation through local hosting. The test results show that all developed features were successfully tested with a 100% success rate. This system is expected to be able to increase the efficiency of tourist travel, strengthen connectivity between tourist destinations, and support digital transformation in the transportation and tourism sectors of Yogyakarta.
