Traffic accidents on toll roads are a significant issue that requires innovative solutions to enhance driving safety. This study aims to design the implementation of Singing Road technology, also known as auditory rumble strips, at a high-risk accident zone located at KM 03+850 on the Waru–Juanda Toll Road. The research method includes data collection through field observations, interviews with operational officers, and secondary data analysis of traffic accident reports. A hazard level analysis was conducted, followed by a technical design of the Singing Road tailored to the geometric conditions of the site. The design results show that auditory rumble strips can be effectively applied at the specified location to provide auditory stimuli that improve driver awareness. The technical planning was developed based on traffic volume data, vehicle characteristics, and pavement standards, and it was supported by effectiveness calculations using a predictive accident model. This technology is expected to serve as a preventive alternative to reduce the risk of accidents on toll roads.
