Abstract

Information management in tourist bus rental is an important aspect to improve operational efficiency and service quality. This study aims to develop a web-based tourist bus information management system that can facilitate the booking process, fleet data management, and interaction between service providers and customers. The method used is software development with a web-based information system approach using PHP and MySQL technology, as well as user needs analysis and system design using UML. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to provide real-time information access, simplify the administration process, and increase customer satisfaction through easy online booking. In conclusion, the application of a web-based information system in tourist bus management is effective in improving efficiency and service quality, and provides a positive contribution to the development of the digital technology-based tourism industry.
