“Damri Care” Damri Bus Complaint Reporting Application

This study aims to address the frequent problem of bus schedule delays, which cause inconvenience and a decrease in public satisfaction as users of public transportation services. To address this issue, a web-based reporting information system was developed specifically designed to record and report bus schedule delay incidents in real time. This system allows administrators to more systematically monitor and evaluate the operational performance of the bus fleet, including the effectiveness of departure and arrival schedules. With this system, it is hoped that management can immediately make improvements and operational adjustments to improve service punctuality, schedule management efficiency, and public trust in the public transportation provided.References
