Abstract

Utilization of a digital manifest application designed to enhance the service quality of intercity us (AKAP) Transportation and to Serve as a Basis for the Development of Similar Systems in the Future. This study aims to develop a digital manifest application capable of replacing the manual recording process of passenger data on AKAP buses, thereby improving efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. The development methodology employed is the Waterfall model, starting from requirements analysis, system design using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams), design and development of an application using PHP, MySQL, and Apache, through to testing and maintenance stages. The application’s main features include user registration and login (for crew and administrators), management of route and bus fleet data, real-time ticket booking, preparation of electronic manifests, and revenue reporting. The development results indicate that the application can streamline the passenger data recording process, reduce potential data entry errors, enhance operational transparency, and accelerate service processes in the field.
