Abstract

This study aims to analyze the damage ratio of the fleet managed by PT Transportasi Jakarta's self-management pool during the period of August to December 2024. Data was collected from five operational pools, namely Cawang, Kampung Rambutan, Pinang Ranti, Rawabuaya, and Perintis. The damage reports were classified into five main categories: Chassis & Engine, Interior & Exterior, Air Conditioning System, Electrical, and Telematics. The research method used includes direct observation in the field, technical documentation study, and descriptive statistical analysis to determine the frequency and damage ratio. The results show that the Chassis & Engine category has the highest damage rate, accounting for 44% of the total incidents. Cawang pool has the highest number of damages overall, while Rawabuaya pool has the lowest number of damages. Furthermore, Perintis and Pinang Ranti pools have the highest damage ratio to the number of fleets, indicating the need for improved maintenance strategies.
