The Road Damage Complaint Service Android Application is a technological innovation designed to improve reporting and management of road damage. In the digital era, people have high expectations for public services, especially infrastructure. However, the reporting process is often manual, resulting in various shortcomings such as data loss, slow response times, and inefficiencies. This application offers an effective solution to overcome these problems. Users can easily report road damage using their Android devices. The advantage of this application is that they can see the severity of the road damage in each report, which helps the responsible authorities prioritize its handling. In addition, users can describe the damage in detail, upload photos as evidence, and add other relevant information. The easy-to-fill application form increases the efficiency of the reporting process. After submitting a report, users receive a receipt to track its status. The responsible authorities use this application to manage incoming complaints, respond to reports quickly, and process them according to priority and type of damage. This application brings significant changes by improving public services and ensuring better infrastructure maintenance.
