Perancangan Aplikasi QuickRail sebagai Solusi Digital Berbasis Gender untuk Pemesanan Tiket Kereta yang Aman dan Nyaman

Transformasi digital dalam sektor transportasi publik memberikan peluang untuk menghadirkan layanan yang lebih aman, nyaman, dan inklusif, terutama bagi perempuan dan kelompok rentan. Salah satu permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi adalah pelecehan seksual di dalam moda kereta api yang belum terakomodasi secara efektif oleh sistem pemesanan tiket konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi QuickRail sebagai solusi digital berbasis gender yang memungkinkan pengguna memilih kursi dan pasangan duduk berdasarkan preferensi jenis kelamin. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur, observasi, analisis kebutuhan, serta pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Selain itu, dilakukan evaluasi pengguna terhadap prototipe aplikasi melalui survei kepada 30 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi QuickRail mendapat respons sangat positif, dengan skor tertinggi pada kemudahan login (4,93), kenyamanan fitur pemilihan pasangan duduk (4,70), serta efektivitas dalam meningkatkan rasa aman dan mencegah pelecehan seksual (4,67). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama aplikasi berhasil menjawab isu sosial secara konkret. QuickRail tidak hanya memenuhi aspek fungsional dalam digitalisasi layanan, tetapi juga menciptakan standar baru dalam transportasi publik yang adil, aman, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan gender.
